Project Description
o Shoes Radio was looking to revamp the website for their online radio station . The stream was being broadcast from a ShoutCast server. Challenge was build a media player that displayed the correct metadata of the currently playing song and to eliminate browser crashing for listeners. The following are the features I was tasked with delivering upon project completion:
- PSD-to-HTML conversion of the site design.
- Setting up a streaming server with ShoutCAST.
- Custom Content Management System(CMS) for managing website content that was being updated on a weekly basis.
- Adding a user registration component.
- A media player that showed the current artist and song together with the song history.
